Meet Chef Jonathan Lestingi

Executive Chef Jonathan Lestingi brings a refined blend of Italian heritage and global experience to Sorriso Modern Italian Kitchen. His career spans acclaimed kitchens including The Inn at Little Washington, New Orleans icons like Brennan’s and Willa Jean, and his own ventures—Oxalis and La Fin du Monde. Before leading Sorriso Modern Italian Kitchen, he served as Chef de Cuisine at Back Table Kitchen & Bar at The Woodlands® Resort. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Lestingi’s approach reflects artistry, warmth, and authenticity—celebrating the spirit of Italian dining through locally inspired ingredients and impeccable craftsmanship.
